Samsung has released the stable One UI 7.0 update for its foldable phones Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6. This update was pre scheduled and was supposed to be released on April 10 alongside the Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra.
The PDA build version of this update ends with BYCJ for Galaxy Z Flip 6 and BYCK for Galaxy Z Fold 6. It also includes the April 2025 security patch which enhances system security.
Soon the Galaxy S24 series will also start receiving this update and some users might have already begun receiving it. Users can check for the latest OTA update by going to Settings > Software update.
What is New in One UI 7 Update of Samsung Galaxy?
Samsung has completely revamped the user interface with the One UI 7 update. It introduces a new Quick Panel, Notifications, Volume Bar, new App Icons, smooth animations and improved UI transition effects.
The update also brings the Now Bar to older Galaxy devices through One UI 7 which improves the lock screen, status bar and home screen interface with Live Notifications and visual improvements.

This update further improves AI powered Drawing Assist and Note Assist features. Additionally a new tool called AI Audio Eraser has been added to the stock editor which gives your videos a more professional touch.
Users had been waiting for Android 15 since October last year and the company has released One UI 7 after almost six months of delay..
