Unlike other investments prize bonds do not carry the risk of financial loss which makes them a relatively safe option. They are government backed so prize draws are guaranteed to be transparent and fair.
Prize bonds are available in various denominations to suit different investment budgets including Rs. 100, Rs. 200, Rs. 750, Rs. 1500, Rs. 3000, Rs. 7500, Rs. 15000 and Rs. 40000.
Throughout the year there are regular draws held that allow participants to win prizes. Bond holders should keep an eye on upcoming draws and results.
For example : The draws of Rs. 750 Prize Bond for the year 2025 take place in total on 4 dates throughout a year. The initial draw took place on January 15 and the upcoming draw will be on April 15 with two more to come in July and October.
